About

The Key Stakeholders course provides a working understanding of the people involved in delivering an ICD 705-governed project, including the roles required by the directive and the broader project roles that influence outcomes. This course is designed for individuals who are participating in SCIF or SAPF projects and need to understand who is responsible for what across the project lifecycle. Students will gain familiarity with the roles specifically identified in ICD 705, including the Accrediting Official (AO), Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA), and Site Security Manager (SSM), along with other stakeholders that are critical to project success, such as designers, contractors, owners, and operations personnel. The course covers each role’s responsibilities and how the roles depend on one another across the planning, design, construction, and accreditation phases. By the end of the course, participants will be better prepared to identify the right stakeholder for the right question, engage productively in coordination meetings, and avoid the kind of role confusion that creates project delays. Ideal for: • New security professionals • Project managers, superintendents, and field leads • Architects, engineers, and designers • Owners and capture teams • Anyone joining a SCIF or SAPF project who needs to understand who is doing what
